New Years Eve

Wanaka becomes a party town at New Year.....I remember coming here decades ago myself!
The town is busy, but it is quiet at our place. We have had a lovely walk, and Frida and I managed to escape everyone for almost an hour!
Tonight we are going to friends for an early BBQ, and then on to another friends place to watch the fireworks at midnight. I better take a photo as evidence I managed to stay awake to see in 2019.
