Surf’s Up!

Lake Wanaka is looking more like a sea tonight. The wind has picked up, and people were enjoying the waves it made.
We had 2 nice walks today.This morning we walked to the lake from home; visited the local Sunday market which is mainly a craft market, but with some food;sat outside a cafe and had a coffee and people watched. The town is certainly expanding with all the visitors arriving for New Year.
After an afternoon of gardening, we went for another walk with one of Fridas friends and I snapped this blip. Tonight we are going to our neighbours for dinner, aren’t we lucky! We are making a kale salad from our garden to take.
