ANGEL

Today this guy was our angel...disguised as a Virgin Train worker.
I had offered to take Mum up to Kings Cross so she could get the train to Newcastle to visit my sister etc. I’m so glad I went with her we really had to squash on the train to St Pancras we were so lucky to get on. Standing all the way and the walk over to Kings Cross did Mum in so we were really glad that the assistance travel was available. This guy was so kind and helpful. He not only sorted everything in a positive “its no trouble ” way but got mum on the earlier train and someone was at the door to meet her the other end too. I’m sure it made the whole tricky experience so much easier.
Thankful for.... kind people just doing their job with that extra care.
