Downtime

Betwixt Christmas and new year I am usually busy writing reports.  Not this year; no projects, no reports!  So, I've been painting, first a portrait of Naomi and now a big landscape with boats.  I'm having fun and also baked some bread this afternoon.  We walked down to the shore and back this morning.  It takes and hour and a bit, but it stretches the legs nicely.  These canoes were set out ready for some action. The cranes, behind, are used to much larger vessels.
