Nothing to see here.

I was on duty at Longshaw but when I arrived I found that The Head Ranger had taken the decision to close the car park and cafe because of strong winds. I hung around for an hour or two to help her organise the closure then drove home via one of my favourite walks. The wildlife was hunkered down from the wind and the nearby reservoir was nearly empty as they are working on the dam. I saw a grand total of 3 crows - 3 more birds than Mr PB saw on today’s garden birdwatch
