Grasmere Morning

There was a heavy frost overnight and a beautiful day followed. We decided to walk around Grasmere (the lake not the village). To start with the roads and pavements were very slippery so it was slow going. I didn't pack the yak trax as there had been no really low temperatures forecast when we left home. Another lazy afternoon and evening followed until it was time to walk down to church for the midnight service.
