Taps and Water

Our project extension is still ongoing. We have been washing with buckets as our bathroom has now totally disappeared :(

Today, the Builder felt sorry for us and re-plumbed the old bath in our old study. So we now have hot and cold water with a temporary bath. This is true luxury. How we take the little basic utilities of life for granted!

We are now counting down the days for when we lose the kitchen. It will be a case of cooking a Turkey on a camping gaz stove. Improvisation will be the flavour of December. We will be true 'bricoleurs'

Hope they get some tiles on tomorrow :)
