Taking Stock

Two and a half litres of (although I say it myself) pretty darn good turkey stock have now been consigned to the freezer for future soups, casseroles or pies. There would have been more but I haven't got a pan big enough to take any more; it does mean that what I've made has masses of flavour though.

A brief foray into 'the sales' this morning. Never again......
