Before washing machines.

Our house was built around 1911, the copper which had seen many a wash day had been discarded. The birds love it in the summer heat. Interesting that by the end of summer the succulent on the left will have lost all it’s foliage, not from the heat but sparrows taking them for food. Hope you are all enjoying the Christmas break.
