Ham Wall

We decided to walk off some of yesterday's excesses on Ham Wall Nature Reserve at Shapwick Heath. There was plenty of birdlife on the lakes and plenty of people doing the same as us, including a former teaching colleague and her husband (who is an honorary Keep Fat member, i.e he only attends the social events!) so we enjoyed a chat with them.

Spent some time this afternoon playing with my new toy: the new golf trolley which Tess gave me for Christmas needed putting together.

A Boxing Day defeat for Yeovil away at high flying Exeter who scored a very late winner. Looking back on my Boxing Day blips, we hardly ever do well on Boxing Day.
