A Very Woolly Christmas.

Eda enjoyed her morning of opening presents, the first one being this Rocking Woolly Mammoth, which we brought all the way from Yorkshire. She loved it straight away and knew exactly what to do as you can see here, the movement making her a little indistinct.

Other favourites were a Christmas tin that some clothes came in from New York, a xylophone from Granny Sue and a Wheels on ththe Bus book that plays the tune. Aside from that the box that daddy's chair came in that he has cut some windows in is very popular. (Extra)

We had a lovely lunch, too much of course, and then wènt down the road to see Eda's cousins and exchange presents.
Unfortunately mum and dad, John's brother and wife, wanted to feed us too!

Eda is going to bed now, I think she has enjoyed her day but she isn't 100% well and isn't sleeping or eating as she should be. We've enjoyed spending our Christmas Day with her. Hope you've all had a good one however you celebrate.

(Favourite name at the moment for the Woolly Mammoth is Magnus. Perhaps you have some alliterative ideas?)
