Who am I catering for?

It has always been a family joke that I can cater for the army...well, I do live in SAS territory!! The turkey was a bit big for two but it will not go to waste, I have lots of meal plans...a weeks worth to be precise lol!
Turkey was wrapped up with herbs, onions and white wine at 10am and slow cooked on 100 for 7 hours.... oh my goodness...succulent meat. So pleased I went with slow cook method, it never fails me.
