Doing Just Fine...With Sparkle and Shine

Our long-time friends (Mike and Cindy) daughter Brittany has a new baby girl. Her name is Lexie Jo, and I think she is 4 months old, and today was her first time in our church service.

I did take a couple of pictures with mommy, daddy, and baby...but they were not good. So...baby and daddy Andrew gets to take Blip center stage.

Evidently, the preaching, singing, and praying was a little too much for Lexie, and she had to conk out after the service. Soooo cute.

Although I was supposed to have my eyes closed at the start of the prayer, I noticed Grandpa Mike snatched up his wee granddaughter and took her up to the altar...as if to present her to God. It was a touching special moment.
