Looking Southwest

This is the view out the windows in the other direction from yesterday's blip photo. The views here are spectacular. 

Our daughter and son and all of their kids skied today; they said the conditions were perfect and they came back here starving at about 8PM.....the ski runs have lights for night skiing....very pretty.

Tonight the kids and grandkids who are here made cards for our 55th Wedding Anniversary; they wrote some of the sweetest things.....we are grateful they are so loving to us. 

Our other son was unable to come up for the weekend but was considering coming tomorrow.....however I don't think that is going to happen because we have already had 2 or 3 inches of snow tonight and more is expected..... I don't think they would feel safe driving up under these conditions......I hope we don't have any trouble getting out of here on Monday.....we all have chains, but we really don't want to put them on the cars.
