I’m quite pleased with these mince pies. I admit to not having made my own for years. It was good and the kneading very therapeutic! They will be sprinkled with icing sugar before serving at the table....

I visited Gail this evening. We looked back on the last months and thanked God for his care and support in unexpected times. How faithful and reliable he is!
