Up and out by 7.30am, back home 210 miles and five and a half hours later! To Heathrow Airport with my brother on a very windy day to pick up my sis-in-law who’d flown in from New York (her Frida Kahlo exhibition is moving from the V&A to Brooklyn, opening in February).

I’ve probably mentioned before how much I love airports, and at Christmas time they’re an extra special place to be, with so many people flying in from around the world to be reunited with their loved ones. As you may have guessed, the final scene from the film Love Actually was the inspiration for my blip!
