Diversity!

Yesterday, photographing surfers and today Snow Buntings in the snow, a few miles away! Love the variety of this area.
The Snow Buntings flock like snowflakes and are on the move constantly, gleaning seeds from the few grasses poking through the snow. The wind makes a decent shot difficult. (Well, any excuse!)  As I came down the road, a Ptarmigan flew across.
After a very heavy overnight frost, temperatures were in positive figures but its chilly again now.
