A Fond Farewell

I sold my last ever car today.  I haven't been able to drive it for many months and it seemed crazy to leave it sitting in the garage.  The MOT and service were due in January and the road tax in February, so why spend all that extra money for nothing?

It was relatively painless, via an online website and the price offered was fair, although you always want that little bit more!  We had to take the car to a local site for inspection, the deal was agreed, the paperwork done and dusted and we left the car there as we went home in a taxi.

I hope the next owner will enjoy the freedom it offered as much as I did.  Thank goodness for my free bus pass:-)

A fantastic Final for Strictly and enjoyed seeing the worthy winners collect the trophy (no spoilers here!)  Hope you all enjoyed it too.

The snow arrived a couple of hours ago, so it should be "interesting" out there tomorrow:-)  Stay safe and warm!
