Loose

Truncated and not very good bike ride in the morning thanks to a loose saddle and a rubbish allen key. Fifteen miles out, just came home after flagging another cyclist down and realising that the problem was as much to do with the saddle fitting itself...to be looked at.

Out in the evening to see the rather brilliant Mouthpiece at The Trav. A hard-hitting piece of theatre about divided Edinburgh and all very, very 'meta'. Think it's completely sold-out for the rest of its run, but if you get the chance, it comes with a massive thumbs-up from me.
