Attempts at returning to summat approaching a reasonable level of fitness continued with some wind-battered morning miles.

Out in the evening to catch the last screening of 'White Boy Rick' before it disappears. And, let's face it, it's not exactly been in any way a high-profile release so I doubt it will ever come back. Formulaic in places, but plenty to like, especially the Detroit period of detail, McConaughey on fine form and a cracking soundtrack.
