Excellent customer service from Vodafone. I rang to ask for an increased data allowance. They explained very clearly how to make adjustments so I don’t need to pay for an increase.

Less good by Lloyds Bank who failed to provide some Euros 24 hours later than their promised time.

And I didn’t need a haircut.
