Salted caramels

This was inspired by a discussion between Ripitup and blast. After painstaking and self-sacrificial research I'm delighted to share the information that salted caramels are available in central Cambridge at Hotel Chocolat. At the moment it's plain chocolate only but the girl at the till thought they would be introducing a milk chocolate counterpart before Christmas.

I'd better go and clear them up now. So many chocolates to dispose of...
