Smitty

Of all the photos I took today, this is my blip. Mainly because Smitty has to have her portrait painted and I might as well save a shot here.

Otherwise, it was a wonderful night. Second Saturday at the gallery. We hosted a great event -"paint a tree!" which was very well attended. Tana, our calligrapher, wrote 44 names for people (mostly kids) who then painted their own designs to make terrific works of art. The local high school carolers stopped by (they were the stars of the evening, if you ask me) and I walked over to Santa's house on the square to meet Gingerbread, a real life reindeer. I am smitten. She must have her portrait, too. I'll keep you posted.
