You won't believe it.

I went to the cemetery to decorate my parents' and brother's graves for Christmas. They had engraved the date of Mom's death on their headstone and they got it WRONG!!!! I could not believe it. So I went to the office to point out the glaring mistake and they shrugged it off. Said they'd let the woman in charge of engraving know about it. No offer to update me. Service in this country has seriously gone to pot.
