The sun shone into our church today for Communion Sunday, I took this shot as people were leaving church.

I have a sadness today for the loss of a forever friend; we met in Canada when we were all young, and although we did not see each other often in the last years, the friendship was always there. She fought through breast cancer, but living was not to be. She leaves a devastated husband, daughters and grandchildren. I will always remember her with love.

Whatever your reason for the season, may the month of December, with Christmas near the end, be full of fun, laughter, joy and happiness.
