Meet Ethel

This is Ethel the bantam laying an egg. (I blipped one of her eggs a month ago).  She's still escaping from her enclosure to lay the egg on the vinyl beside the step up to the kitchen. Today, I was measuring up so that I can build a better barrier to keep all the bantams in the area where they are supposed to stay.  In extras, one of the Polish bantams with the hen guardian.
