...you move too fast

You've got to make each moment last...
I'm a bit troubled about VideoArt...I don't seem to connect with much of it, is it my age ?
Maybe to test this, Ive seen a lot of it in London this week...The Turner Prize on Tuesday and 'Strange Days' today...both exhibitions dedicated to video artists, 25 in total.
I'm used to kissing a lot of frogs during my gallery visits but less than a quarter of this work encouraged me to sit through more than a respectful 5 minutes. Much of it felt shallow, self indulgent or impenetrable and honestly, little of the work changed my current opinion of the medium.
It made me feel less than groovy...
