Taken in Regent Road Garden on my way home. 

Prince's Street Gardens was shut yesterday morning and was still shut this morning. They are putting up a pavilion of some kind. 

The new tenant down stairs has installed a cinema surround sound system that is loud enough to shake the joists. I am wondering who will bang on his door first. 

I have had my Christmas card, which means I will have to sit down and write my cards this weekend.
