A boy on Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro collecting aluminium cans to earn a bob or two.

A busy admin. day going to see our man who holds power of attorney here for local affairs, sorting out (nearly) our new welcomer team for our apartment as our lovely local lady prepares to relocate back to the north east, and checking out the location of a medical specialist for a friend who may need a second opinion. Oh, and not to forget extensive clothes shopping for Dd; I'm getting a bit of a reputation in some of the local shops!

Then to the film Argo on Dd's recommendation; very gripping and relevant given the turmoil going on in Egypt at the moment.

Off for dinner now as soon as the iPhone is charged up again....and to wrap here's a shot for HarryJ and any other fitba nut , taken yesterday and in my blipfolio.
