Anne's Daily Encounters

The village in the distance

And another ride of 40 kms to get onto the village Nohia. Today again there to have the harvested olives processed for olive oil. We collected a little more than 100 liters of olive oil and this time every 6 kilo's of olives produced one kilo of oil; that's a little more olives needed for every kilo / liter of olive oil, but than the acidity was even more Virgin than the previous ones! 0,4 acidity WOW!  And the olive oil is all pure natural / biological raised and gained.

It's windy and chilly today with the odd raindrop falling, the clouds over the high mountains are dark and as the wind is pretty cold, I imagine new snow is falling there on those high altitudes.
