Only a month after our training exploits in Ireland, Thomas (fellow IESE alumni and blood brother from my study group within our MBA class which graduated in 1993) and I reconvened in Barcelona to train another seven coaches in the use of the most valid, reliable and, therefore, useful personality inventory and ability test in the world.

One participant has already described the experience as a 'luxury' and another, 'the most impactful developmental experience of my entire and long professional life'. T and I are both gratified and exhausted but, after a dram of Highland Park, rejuvenated for the second day tomorrow!
