Today's four-hour session at IESE culminated in my forty participants' creative flip charts illustrating their leadership journey in the last few months being hung together in a gallery for all to share and admire . . . not only their progress but also their (largely latent) artistic talent.

I wanted them to bring out the emotion of the journey each had experienced as human beings and that is more easily accessed when people 'play' or are in creative mood. It seemed to work and one corporate lawyer won a top prize for his piece! There’s hope for his/my kind yet!
