Star Wars II Costume

Travel costume for Padme Amidala in Star Wars II: Attack of the Clones by Glasgow-born designer Trisha Biggar, inspired by Russian folk dress, can be seen in the Dundee V&A. It is the only dedicated design museum in Scotland and the only V&A museum in the world outside London. Its mission is to enrich lives through design and explore Scotland's design heritage – past, present and future. The 1/3 second shutter speed created the blurred face of the visitor moving through the exhibition, giving a kind of morphed look suited to the Star Wars exhibit .The building opened on 15th Sept and on 8 Oct. it welcomed its 100,000th visitor - an amazing statistic!
