Two teals

OK - it was getting dark and they were a long way away. However you can see enough to spot the difference. The horizontal go-faster striped bird is a common or garden teal but the one with a vertical stripe is the Amercian version of the same, a Green-winged Teal. Rare but not very, they are always good to see.
Knit and natter in the pub this evening so I had to go along to sample the various beers on offer.....
