Love on the Rocks

After an early morning trip to Bantry for paint, still decorating Rachel's bedroom, I stopped off at apart of the coast I used to go to regularly when the girls were little. It has sand, pebbles, fascinating rock formations and rock pools to explore, eroding cliffs, sea birds and fabulous views out to Bantry Bay. These cormorants were quite comical, turning their heads in a synchronised way in all directions, then turning to look at each other!
After a little bit of painting the sun came out and I spent an enjoyable afternoon in the garden, it's been a while since I got my hands in the earth!
