moving in

after an exceedingly long day - I had jumped from two flights, into a car, into a meeting room, meeting and greeting our participants, briefing them with the basics of the discussion ahead, getting to know about their work, to dinner and wine and then, at last, I could put the room key into the lock to find out where I would be sleeping - it turned out that I was sleeping in a small flat....to start with I wondered if I had to sleep on the sofa but, as it turned out, there were two large beds and a bathroom that would be fine for a large family. Two walk in cupboards made my meagre change of clothes look a bit lonely....I have slept in such a massive range of hotel rooms in the last few years and, whilst this was by no means the best, it was certainly the largest and most surprising!
The biggest surprise came when I discovered that the little mirror in the bathroom was, in fact, a window. So, hi people of Seville, I hope you enjoyed watching me shower.....!
