A storm swept over the UK yesterday and last night; it was still very windy when l loaded up the car and headed for the coast this morning.
I pottered along the sea path to the end of Kingsdown beach where l took this photo, looking back towards Walmer and Deal. The white building with chimneys that you can see in the distance is a pub known to us, lovely in winter around the fire but too busy in Summer.
