Road block .....

Another day of cattle work. 2 newly calved cows to bring in, both with less working teats than they should have. Managed to get some milk out them to feed the calves, but looks like they will be needing bottle fed. The cows won’t be seeing a bull again though !
Brought the 30 calved heifers and their calves in to a shed here after the same treatments as yesterday’s batch.
Then back next door to house another lot over there.
By tonight it was turning nasty, wet windy and cold. Not a night to be out in a field !
This is me stopping any traffic while we run cattle along the road from next door . Notice the queue ! Yesterday I had 2 waiting- must have been rush hour.
