Virgin on frustration

This screen pops up every so often on our Virgin tivo set, all colourful and friendly looking but essentially telling me that it doesn't fancy working for me. Invariably I have to reset the entire thing which takes like five minutes and because the internet is plugged into the same extension lead I can't even use the internet to distract me. HATE IT!!!

Anyone know why this happens?
