Robin

Today was the first of the sunny frosty days following the deluge of the previous week and the birds in the garden were clearly enjoying the respite.

There was still quite a strong wind this morning which was ruffling the red breast feathers of this robin. There are a couple of robins that regularly visit our seed feeders, but they like to perch first on this laburnum where they can get a good view of the cat flap to check the coast is clear.
