Day of rest

Slept last night like I was in a coma and woke feeling refreshed. I've been out of the house all day either with dogs or horses. A nice ride out on Bo with a long canter and a lovely view. Then I took Billy a spin to see if he's calmed any since Gorgeous last rode him. He was feeling very on his toes and we managed an excited but controlled trot and canter... Also a leap of excitement into the air as a flock of sheep took fright near us. I'd put a different bit on his bridle and I think that helped to keep his excitement manageable. He soon tired of being in a bit of a tiz and we plodded the remainder of the journey. Poor Billy Whizz :D
