Macro Fun
TeeJay kindly lent me her macro lens for the weekend - and what fun I have had today! I have taken so many different photo's, some of them good, and others are shocking - and I have sat here for the last 40 minutes trying to decided what photo to blip out of 5 that have made it into my 'possible blip photos' list. The rest of the family had their opinion on which one to post today, but I disagreed, and decided on this Damselfly - again. This is the third Damsel that I have blipped, but I think this one has a bit more detail.
I have had so much trouble today trying to get a good focused photo, as when downloaded, most of them have some bit to it that just isn't focused. Very frustrating! Is someone out there able to tell me what I am doing wrong?
Son T arrived back this afternoon from his school camp at the Marlborough Sounds. He had a fantastic time, although as you can imagine is a very tired boy. He wanted to share one of his photo's that he took today. This photo was taken from the boat that they were on going from the Marlborough Sounds back to Picton - the ferry in the photo is the Interislander - one of the main passenger/vehicle ferries that travels from Wellington in the North Island to Picton in the South Island. On a good day, it is a fantastic journey through the Marlborough Sounds, but on a bad windy day, you really wish you hadn't boarded the boat!
