Friends

Hurrah!  mbfiatw Jean came to play today.  Haven't seen each other since last Spring so lots of catch up chat over what turned out to be a very disappointing lunch at the Fox and Raven, (not for the first time unfortunately, so I may have to find a new hostelry).  Back home late afternoon and after being interrupted by a brief visit from the bro, we were still going strong well in to the evening, talking past, present and future, so we ordered home delivery Indian and thus fortified, could have rattled on all night  but it's a fair ol' journey back to Kent from here and with temperatures dropping on this clear cold night, Jean set off not long after 22.30.
