A winter botaniblip

Knottman2 introduced me to the term 'botaniblip' yesterday. I think that it is perfect for the days when we post botanical subjects, as I have done today. This flower was a cheery sight on a walk to work this morning that began in the dark and ended in the grey.

I started the day with teaching prep, then was with my two classes for five hours in a row from 10:00-15:00 (with LyndseyJ - just back from Canada - for the first two hours). Most of the time in my office afterwards from 15:00-18:00 was devoted to follow-up tasks related to today's classes and starting prep for next week. I'll be back on campus first thing tomorrow morning to continue the job...
