BBC Peru
7.2C with sunny sunshine. Light to moderate ESE/E breeze.
Fergus and I went for our walk after lunch. We went round to the harbour. Ocean Pride had sailed before our walk this morning and by 8.30am BBC Peru was just arriving at the new quay. More wind turbine sections will be delivered to the quay in the coming nights. They usually come through town at about 10.30pm, the roads being closed briefly ahead of their passage.
We carried on along the shore side of the park and Kilkerran road to Glenramskill House, then came back the same way then along the street side of the park and came home through town passing the town hall and the bookshop (open).
On the Clip while walking:
The BBC Radio 3 podcast Sound of Cinema.
Veteran Hollywood composer David Shire is responsible for some of film's most iconic scores, including 'The Taking of Pelham One Two Three'; Francis Ford Coppola's 'The Conversation' and 'All The President's Men'. He joined Matthew Sweet to look back over his long career scoring films.
Podcast of BBC radio 3's The Verb podcast with Ian McMillan (poet, author, playwright, and broadcaster).
I listened to the Instagram Poetry podcast again. I was out of fresh podcasts and I particularly liked this one.
Afternoon music ... Rod Stewart and The Faces Playlist on Spotify.
