Ashdown ....

..... Forest!
This was on the way back to Croydon from Eastbourne , I called at Polegate on the way through to see Eileen's sister Pat and brother in law. This was also a very sad visit with dementia taking hold on Pat , even tho' she seemed very happy and her husband is so kind in looking after her, he's in poor health too, but is happy doing so . They have a dog ( so over weight you wouldn't believe ) but T had a mobile scooter and takes the dog out.
I wanted to blip the S. Downs but I wasn't in the right place, so the blip is of a forest view!!
Had a panic re a form that was on the doorstep when I got home, needed a Dr's reassurance, rang the surgery at 4.20pm got an appointment offered for 4.40pm , saw GP with no problems ( how about that for service ) anyway panic over for now.

Grateful ..... for a marvellous surgery and staff also GP
