Osteospermums still struggling ....

As am I today..... I've been to the pool , usual Tuesday swim/exercise ---- with an effort plus plus, right hand/ shoulder and hip very problematic .! Then I went to the cinema to see Paddington 2 , a delightful film with a moral to it ( I love films like that!). Then shopping as I will be careless tomorrow as it needs annual hospitalisation ( garage care) !!
I'm home now , had a cuppa and cheese roll and keeping the chair company.

Thankful ...... I was able to complete my exercise even if it was through the discomfort.
