A cheesy Soupdragon

Ryan played a blinder in his second round of the The Soupdragon Challenge. Lentil and chickpea with chilli served with three types of bread. A classic focaccia, a cheese focaccia and a garlic and coriander flatbread .

The soup had a swirl of cream and a sprinkling of fresh coriander just to finish it off.

The empty plates said it all. A great soup with just the right amount of chilli
