Memory Lane

Today a real journey down the memory lane, cleaning my mother's apartment. Lots of old photos, things - so many memories. On the way noted a mural on the Salo police station - my first place of employment in the public sector, assisting in the 1970 census during the Christmas vacation.

Another nostalgic shot as extra - the house where my mother's parents lived and where I lived for a year going to 1st and 2nd grade, before our family moved to Salo. This house is beside the railway station, my grandfather being the station master at Salo station back then, almost 60 years ago. I used to like roaming about in the attic and look through the two windows.
