Scottish Gin

A day off as I sorted out more in the house. Shifted furniture around, got hair cut, shopped and generally caught up.

In the evening I attended a gin tasting at a shop on the Royal Mile run by a former colleague and her partner. Everything in the shop is produced in a Scotland. The range of Scottish gins nowadays is extensive. But there were also other delicacies of cheese, peppered venison salami, beremeal oatcakes from Orkney, chilli jams and much more. But the gin was varied and flavoursome. Lots of little drinks - see extra.

There was a quiz thrown in ( I failed along with everyone else on one question).

All good fun and some Christmas presents bought.
